Strategic Training and Employment Placement Services (S.T.E.P.S) was incorporated in September 1996 to enter the Employment, Occupational Rehabilitation and Training market to provide a quality service with an innovative approach.

In 1998 we secured accreditation as a Registered Work cover Occupational Rehabilitation Provider (provider No UR453) and also gained accreditation as a Registered Training Organisation (No 7110). Steps is also a licensed Jobs Placement Organisation.

S.T.E.P.S delivers a full range of training, occupational rehabilitation and employment services. Personal skill development programs, in addition to an extensive portfolio of specific industry workshops for Occupational Rehabilitation and Nationally accredited courses are also offered.

The staff at S.T.E.P.S have extensive Industry experience in targeted professions and occupations. They are skilled communicators, and the delivery of programs and services is backed by a well resourced and professionally managed organisation.

Steps carry a full range of Insurance cover including Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Workers Compensation.
